Taking the latest research from the fields of Positive Psychology, Emotional Intelligence and Neuroscience, Anna supports individuals and organisations by introducing effective workplace interventions to enable people to flourish.

With 25 years’ experience in learning and development, Anna’s strength is working with people through individual coaching and facilitating leadership programs and applying her extensive knowledge of the current research and practice of positive psychology and emotional intelligence. This involves enabling people to increase self-awareness, effect desired change and by working in partnership enable individuals, teams and organisations to flourish.
Ngoc brings with her over 10 years of project management experience working in the Professional Services industry at firms including Forethought Research, SMS Management and Technology and Willis Towers Watson.
Ngoc has a passion for process and governance, and whilst adaptable, it drives her to keep projects on track and delivered to a high standard. She brings demonstrated experience leading medium to large scale projects focusing on learning and development, marketing research and employee engagement. Ngoc has an easy going nature which allows her to build great relationships with clients and stakeholders.
She has partnered with clients across a wide range of industries including Financial and Insurance Services, Industrial (Mining & Steel) and Government.
Ngoc holds a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology from Monash University and a Foundation certificate in Prince2.
As an executive coach, Shelly works with people in positions of leadership to help them identify and implement sustainable changes that will increase their effectiveness and result in the future they envision. More specifically, she supports her clients in gaining greater clarity about what success truly means to them and what is required to achieve it.
Shelly’s experience over the the last 25 years includes working in a wide range of organisations and industries, both locally and globally, in corporate, consulting, and leadership coaching roles. During this time, she has worked with clients on a variety of talent solutions ranging from leadership development to people and culture strategy, organisational design, succession planning, organisational values and culture, and employee engagement.

Shelly is an accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation.
Kristina feels incredibly fortunate to have worked with Dr. Jess Murphy and the Pathway to your Potential programs for the past five years. Dr. Murphy’s expertise in developing transformative experiences is evident in her ongoing commitment to excellence and high standards.
As a facilitator, Kristina has an action-oriented style that stems from her extroverted-thinking preference (Clarity4D) and top Gallup strength, Activator. She believes in taking necessary steps to make real changes, which is reflected in the programs she facilitates.
However, Kristina brings a deep sense of empathy and care to her work. Her introverted-feeling energy and strengths in Belief and Connectedness allow her to connect with individuals and teams on a deeper level. She believes that true transformation comes from aligning actions with values and purpose.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find Kristina on her bike or enjoying a post-ride coffee. Overall, she’s dedicated to personal and professional development and committed to making a positive impact wherever she goes.
Ross Calia is a multi-disciplinary artist, having practiced for over 20 years. Working across photography, music composition, sound-design, visual art and directing, he has come to specialise in immersive art experiences; both for public exhibitions and commercial commissions.
Ross was recently awarded a Lume Artist Award for Immersive Art, culminating in a film-based digital artwork that ultilises over 100 multi-surface projectors and 32-channel surround-sound musical score. The work will debut in the opening season of Melbourne’s new large-scale digital art gallery, ‘The Lume’, and features a collaboration with Wiradjuri dancer, Ella Havelka and Kamilaroi Astrophysicist, Krystal de Napoli; exploring the deep connection between indigenous Australians and the stars over the millennia.
Ross is a specialist in portrait photography and his filmmaking projects are predominantly people-focussed; a product of a life-long dedication to elevating everyday people through art and telling authentic stories.
Marita Morley is an expert in project management who has run her own business in this field for the past six years. She has over twenty years’ experience in the industry and in that time has worked with a variety of large companies. Most recently these include: KPMG Australia and New Zealand, NBN, Cbus and Mercer.
Marita has a personable and professional manner when liaising with clients, this has enabled her to build trusted and longstanding relationships with her clients. She has experience in managing long running projects (6- 9 months) for up to 140 people at a time in an organisation. Marita’s speciality in logistics and her incisive attention to detail is evident through the success of her project management work to date.
