Inclusive Leadership Experiences

Embeds and activates an inclusive leadership mindset, focused on ‘actively involving difference’ through the lens of cognitive diversity. This experience focuses on building self-awareness including how leaders ‘show up’ in the eyes of others then taking action through the ‘everyday moments that matter’. Best suited for mid to senior and executive leaders and/or organisations who have undergone significant restructuring.

High Performing Teams

Builds understanding, trust and active collaboration of the different strengths each individual brings to the team. From this individual perspective, the team perspective focuses to how the team ‘shows up’ in the eyes of themselves and others. This analysis builds capability to identify, adapt and influence others within and outside the team. Best suited to all teams from 10 – 10,000 individuals. 

Board Readiness Experiences

Creating a pipeline of aspiring directors to build and leverage different perspectives and experiences into corporate structures or not-for-profit entities. Best suited for large organisations with subsidiaries and/or large industry-based groups.

Yvonne has over 30 years’ experience as a senior executive, management consultant and independent director in the public and private sectors across Australia and Asia.   Her primary expertise is in strategy execution, corporate governance, project leadership and strategic risk management.

She has worked for two of Australia’s largest commercial law firms (King Wood Mallesons and Allens); global consulting firm Ernst & Young in the areas of business consulting, corporate strategy & transformation, and new & emerging markets; ASX listed asset and facilities management organisation Transfield Services;  and Palladium Group, the global consulting practice of Harvard Professors Kaplan & Norton.
